A partner at the heart of the French cybersecurity ecosystem
The French Federation of Cybersecurity (FFCyber) is a partner of Lyon Cyber ExpoAnd its results for the first half of 2026 perfectly illustrate why this collaboration is important for stakeholders in the sector. Between strategic gatherings, on-the-ground actions with SMEs, and presence at major national events, the Federation continues its mission: to unite, raise awareness, and advance the digital resilience of French organizations.
A summer evening dedicated to cooperation
On June 10th, the FFCyber's Grand Summer Evening brought together key players in the French cybersecurity ecosystem to discuss the major digital challenges of today and tomorrow. Opened by General Patrick Touak, Head of the COMCYBER-MI Command, the evening emphasized strengthening cooperation between public and private stakeholders—a crucial pillar of cybersecurity governance in France.
The highlight of the event, the presentation of the Innovation and Digital Transformation Awards, organized with Digital Solutions & Cybersecurity, showcased the most outstanding initiatives in the sector. Participants also had the exclusive opportunity to discover the results of a European ESET study on cybersecurity for SMEs, before discussing three key themes: cloud computing, the secure use of artificial intelligence, and incident response strategies.
Providing concrete support to SMEs
Beyond major events, the French Federation of Cybersecurity (FFCyber) takes action on the ground. In partnership with the CPME Essonne (Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Essonne), it participated in a day dedicated to cybersecurity at the Data4 infrastructure, in the presence of the Judicial Support Section of the Île-de-France Gendarmerie. The program included a tour of the data centers, workshops on cyber crisis management, and a presentation of the Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr prevention toolkit. This initiative reflects a clear commitment: to provide SME leaders with concrete tools to assess and strengthen their level of protection.
A strong presence at major trade fairs
