The provider's nationality and the applicable legal system are also important factors.

Faced with these challenges, certification from the French National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI) provides a concrete benchmark. It attests that a solution has been evaluated according to a demanding security standard. For an IT manager or CISO, this is an objective, verifiable criterion that simplifies the choice between several solutions on the market.
